3. We have rethought the capacity in all our services in group mode (SIC – shared), up to 8 passengers in vehicles that have a capacity of 15 passengers; in addition to minimizing close contact between tourists, we further improve and further personalize the experience of our tourists.

4. In La Paz, Tiwanaku, Copacabana, Uyuni or Isla del Sol we keep our policy of private guiding; likewise our guides are trained to ensure the appropriate spaces in the development of the guide and driving of the group.

5. Our guides, support staff and drivers have been trained to maintain the right distances with other groups of tourists during the visit to the attractions.

6. Guides, support staff and drivers will wear masks during services they provide to tourists.

7. All our vehicles will have alcohol in gel on board and it is mandatory for tourists to use this when boarding and descending from the bus.

8. All our vehicles have oxygen balloon on board if required, in case of any emergency.

9. We also invite tourists to wear masks during excursions; help us take care of those who take care of you.

10. Upon completion of each service, vehicle equipment and/or units maintain a rigorous washing and disinfection process.

11. We have restructured our services, offering more outdoor experiences, minimizing as far as possible visits to enclosed places.

12. We have coordinated with our lodging and food providers such as hotels, hostels, restaurants and other strict cleaning and disinfection protocols for equipment, surfaces and staff; as well as the use of gloves and masks of the staff, in case of food care also caps.
