❤️ I am so happy you got to this point in my journey.

Who am I? 

I was born in Romania and have always loved to draw. It was my "go-to" place of peace, though I initially only used colored pencils. It was all I had available or the courage to explore. 😉. 

I studied at Petru Maior University in Romania, where I earned a degree in mechanical engineering. One of my classes involved learning how to draw in AutoCAD. Later, in the US, I became a mechanical engineer, but when our daughter was born, my world completely shifted. I was so overjoyed that I wanted to be present for every moment of her life. ❤️

​When she turned 12, I returned to contracting because I still loved to draw in AutoCAD. But there came a point when my contracting job came to a halt. It startled me, prompting me to ask the Lord, 

"How can I have a steady job and still be there for my family?"

During a season of seeking the Lord and fasting, in early January 2024, He suddenly gave me the gift of making jewelry.

​Nothing God does is accidental.

When my daughter was three, I took her to a class where we learned how to make bracelets, and one of the lessons involved creating wire loops for charms using memory wire. The strength and tools needed required adult help, which is why I was there. Besides, it sounded creative, and I was already familiar with wires 😁.

I ended up making two pairs of earrings—one for me and one for my sister. Even then, I chose sterling silver—the best material I could find.

"I still have mine and she still has hers."

I tried bracelets too, but nothing extraordinary came out 😄.

But in late 2023, the inspiration came like a wind. I started with nylon bracelets, but in early 2024 a simple package shipped to my friend’s house was a sign:

 "I can ship this!?"

Seeing those earrings arrive in a package awakened something in me. I headed straight to Michael's, even though I wasn't yet working. That day in early 2024, I bought everything it spoke to me to start making jewelry, and I haven’t stopped since.

I still have my contracting job, as God allows, but jewelry is my new passion:

 "I do this as much as I can to bring the joy of the Lord to others, and be captivated by His goodness and mercy."

⋆˚࿔  THE  NAME  ࿔˚⋆

The name  GAT Creative  comes from my initials, but it’s also a playful call to “Get creative!”—a cheer to dive in and act! My hope is that it encourages you to pursue your dreams. When God calls, He equips, and we are His beloved. He loves us deeply and wants the best for us in every way.

The company officially began in 2022 under my contractor name, but even then, I envisioned more. Since coming to know the Lord, I’ve also begun painting and crocheting—things I was once afraid of as a child. ...oh the enemy! 

But now, with God’s guidance, I see endless possibilities,

through creating A R T, for God is a creator, and we are His children 🤗,

and hoping to bring J O Y.
