 Graphics Pathway

Welcome to Graphics!

Have you ever considered how much we rely on graphic and video design in our daily lives? That's what this pathway is all about - contributing to the very visually-oriented world we live in today. Through photo manipulation, logo design techniques, designing websites, video production and editing, animation principles and game art design, students receive a well-rounded look at the graphic design industry. Students are able to become certified in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Premiere Pro, as well as gaining exposure to how graphics impacts their immediate world around them through career-oriented internships their senior year. Are you ready to create with us?

Welcome to Graphics!

I'm Mrs. Boyles, and I love graphic design! I have a passion for print graphics - designing things that people see every single day, like signage and t-shirts. Before I became a teacher, I worked as a graphic designer in Gaston County and gained a lot of practical experience that I bring into my classes now. We do all things creative in the Graphics Pathway and we try hard to keep up with up-to-date technology and techniques used widely in digital design fields.

Come create with me!
