#TLC17GCS Registration Form

This form is no longer accepting responses. Registration closed on August 1 at 6:00 pm. On-site registration will be available on August 7 from 8:00 am-8:30 am in Conference Headquarters in the CET Breezeway.

You will receive an email shortly after submitting the form that contains a customized copy of your schedule. You must type a valid email address on the Registration Form.

Do I need to register?

Certainly! Registration prior to the conference is highly recommended to ensure you reserve your seat. Registering for the sessions you plan to attend will allow you to receive a customized printable copy of your schedule.

What happens if there are room changes? How will I be notified?

All registered participants will be sent a final conference schedule the week of July 31. This schedule will be emailed to the address you provided on the registration form. This schedule will contain any revised room numbers.

How do I tell if a session is already full? Can I still register for a session that is full?

Sessions that are full show a negative number of open seats, and display as red in the Seats Remaining Spreadsheet. The number displayed, if positive, is the number of open seats that remain for that particular session. If the number is zero or negative, the session is full. Negative numbers show the current length of the waitlist for that session.

You may still register for a full session; however, you will be added to the waitlist. The #TLC17GCS committee will work very hard to try to move overbooked sessions to a larger space, but if you are on the waitlist, we cannot guarantee you a seat for that session.

I want to change a few sessions. What procedure should I follow?

You may not want to resubmit the registration form. By doing so, you may lose your spot in sessions that are now full. You can look on the conference website at bit.ly/TLC17GCS to find sessions you want to attend during the time slot(s). You might want to select a first and second choice.

Will I receive a certificate of completion for the sessions I attend?

All GCS employees with active TrueNorthLogic account will receive CEUs through TNL. The CEUs you earn will be added directly to your transcript. GCS employees with an active TNL account will not receive a certificate of completion.

Any conference participant who is not a GCS employee with an active TNL account will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the conference through email. The certificate will be emailed to the address you provided on the registration form.

What about TrueNorthLogic (TNL)?

GCS employees with an active TNL account will be automatically registered in TNL for each session attended. You will not receive a survey in TNL; however, your feedback will be captured for the sessions you attend. All GCS employees with active TrueNorthLogic account will receive CEUs through TNL. The CEUs you earn will be added directly to your transcript.

What are the "session resources" folders on the Conference Sessions page?

If and when presenters share resources for their sessions, the resources will be posted on the Conference Sessions page. Additional resources may be provided by the presenter during the conference.
