Dear Galeton Area School District Community:

The mission of the Galeton Area School District is to inspire, educate, and encourage students to reach their full academic and social potential. We believe that the best way to accomplish this mission is through collaboration with families and the community at large. Therefore, we invite you to work with us in this endeavor.

Our goals are to foster relationships with students, parents, family members and the community in order to ensure the academic and social success of our students. We strive to ensure that we always make decisions based on what is best for students. Furthermore, we seek to make these decisions based on input from all stakeholders. We believe that in order to achieve at high levels all stakeholders must work together as a team. As we know Together Everyone Achieves More.
