Parents and Guardians,
The Home and School Association would like to welcome you to join us in our goals to contribute to the success of the year! The HSA’s mission is to facilitate opportunities that enrich the learning environment of our children. It is comprised of parent volunteers that support this mission. To cover HSA costs for the year, we ask each family to contribute $15. Please use the enclosed envelope and return to your child’s homeroom or visit the School Store on the MySchoolBucks website to make a donation. Contributions support the HSA activities noted below.
Directly support school-wide goals, innovations, and initiatives.
Mini-Grants – The HSA will award mini-grants to support teachers’ ideas to enhance the classroom instructional experiences for our children.
College Admissions Panel – A panel of college admissions officers will answer your questions and provide useful tips about the college admissions process.
Internship Program: Education is most meaningful when students, educators, and employers work together to drive relevance and rigor. We are working with the Career Development teachers to grow our career exploration program. Please contact us if you are able to help our students complete their one-day job shadowing requirement.
Community and Teacher Support - Teacher Appreciation Week, refreshments at parent events, REACH 211, Speak Up!, scholarships, and more!
