The Department of Geography / College of Education, in collaboration with Kalar Municipality, hosted a workshop in the college's seminar hall on Monday, April 18, 2022, titled "Flood and its Risks on Kalar District Expansion".

The workshop's most important outcomes are:

1. Flood risk reduction in Kalar district and Rzgari sub-district.

2. Groundwater recharging and surface water harvesting

3. Resolving the drought issue.
