May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Our students are continuing to use their tools to learn ways to regulate their emotions. Students have practiced various tools to build their Zones Toolbox. As we are closing out the year, students will be using the Stop-Opt-Go strategy to solve problems in health ways.

School Counselor Use of Time

Every 9-weeks, I will provide updated information to detail the amount of time I spend on Counseling Services.

My goal for the 2025-2026 school year is to provide the following:

Direct Services: 50%

Indirect Services: 30%

Program Planning: 15%

Non-School Counseling: 5%
