meet with their first-year mentees once a week. Meetings are documented via the Weekly Meeting Google Form.
receive a copy of Lead4ward's Mentoring and Coaching Notebook
complete Mentor Training 101 and 102 which cover the mentor curriculum.
earn a $200 stipend per mentee, per semester. (Up to 2 mentees)
