Exchange Day 2025-26 Guidelines:
Eligibility: Professional employees who work 197 days or fewer must have completed 6 hours of district-approved professional development to be eligible for the May 27, 2026, Exchange Day.
Requirements: A total of 6 hours must be completed by July 30, 2025. No partial credit will be accepted.
Dates: The majority of Exchange Day professional learning opportunities were offered on:
June 17, 2025 | Content PD & iCon
June 24, 2025 | Content PD
July 15, 2025 | EBCON
Additional District-Approved Sessions for All:
Gifted and Talented Sessions | various dates throughout the summer
These are the only conferences that have been approved by content coordinators.
You must have:
attended in person between June 1, 2025, and July 30, 2025.
received a certificate that shows your name and 6 or more CPE hours earned
not received payment for attending
Please complete this form if you attended a conference outside of GISD in June or July 2025. This form will need to be completed by Friday, August 29, 2025.
