(ii). IA / Tutorial / Practical Marks Rectification Form
यदि परिणाम (Result) में किसी प्रश्न-पत्र के अंक NA / RA / RL प्रदर्शित हो रहे हों अथवा Internal Assessment (IA) / Continuous Assessment (CA) / Practical के पुनर्परीक्षा (Repeat) के अंक प्रदर्शित न हुए हों, तो कृपया दोनों निर्धारित प्रपत्र (Forms) का प्रिंट लेकर उन्हें पूर्ण रूप से भरें तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेजों सहित महाविद्यालय कार्यालय (College Office) में जमा करें।
If your result shows NA / RA / RL in any paper, or your IA / CA / Practical (Repeat) marks are not reflected, please print both forms, fill them out, and submit them to the College Office with the required documents.
Duplicate Degree Certificate : (if already collected Degree earlier)
Apply for University Provisional Degree Certificate
(Before Convocation)
Students who require only a College Provisional Certificate do not need to apply through this portal. They may obtain the College Provisional Certificate by submitting a printed copy of their final result to the College Office.
Transfer Certificate (TC):If you have not collected your Transfer Certificate (TC) earlier, you will need to visit the college (Marksheet, Id proof) and collect it in person.
Migration Certificate:
To obtain a Migration Certificate, you must first apply online and pay the required fee through the University website.

After completing the online application, take printouts of the following documents:
Migration Certificate Application Form (download here / download pdf)
Online Fee Receipt/acknowledgement slip and Application form.
Copy of Marksheet
Copy of a Valid ID Proof
All these documents must be verified and attested from the college. After attestation, submit the complete set of documents to the University of Delhi South Campus for further processing of the Migration Certificate.
