Garfield Girls Lacrosse Club is seeking passionate, skilled, and inspiring coaches to lead and support our high school athletes for the upcoming 2025–2026 season. We are committed to building a program that champions athletic excellence, personal growth, and the power of teamwork.

Through consistent physical training in practices, appropriate and strategic gameplay, and a supportive team environment, we empower our players to push their limits, build resilience, and thrive both on and off the field.
Available Coaching Roles
Head Coach – Varsity
Assistant Coach – Varsity (Full-Time)
Assistant Coach – Varsity (Part-Time)
Season Timeline
Spring Season: February – May 2025
Desired Qualifications
Former high school and collegiate lacrosse player
Head Coach: Silver USA Lacrosse Coaching Certification
Assistant Coaches: Bronze USA Lacrosse Coaching Certification
Expectations & Responsibilities
Lead and support individual player development
Conduct weekday evening practices focused on:
Teamwork and collaboration
Positional skill-building
Game strategy and lacrosse IQ
Physical fitness and conditioning
Provide positive leadership during competitions
About the Team
Our team includes 14–21 high school girls from the Garfield and Franklin school boundaries in metropolitan Seattle. We value diversity, dedication, and the drive to grow together as a unified squad.
