A $25 late payment fee (a late charge) is charged when payment is not received by the payment deadline. In order to avoid late fees, ensure that you pay your invoice amount by the due date. A $25 late payment fee will be incurred each month an invoice remains past due. Additionally, a suspension of services may occur for delinquent accounts until they are brought current.
Delinquent accounts may incur a suspension of services until the account is made current.
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payments online:
Online credit card payments are accepting by clicking the link located on your invoice issued to the email address provided on your account. You may process a credit card payment from either your desktop PC or through your mobile smartphone device for a specific invoice or you may set up recurring payments for all future invoices.
Additionally, we also accept a company check made payable to Gardner's Cleaning. Please ensure to note the specific invoice # on your check so that it may be recorded correctly to your account.
A Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed for requests to process recurring payments on an account.

To cancel a recurring payment, please email accounting@gardnerscleaning.com with your request. Cancellations will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
