Welcome to the Fobisia Drama Monologue Challenge 2023

Hosted by Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are delighted you are joining us virtually for this exciting new event in the FOBISIA Drama Calendar. The Monologue Challenge is an opportunity for our school communities to share solo work and offer a platform for dramatic performance. Our aim is to capture, celebrate and share the brilliant work created by our students in the face of adversity. We cannot wait to see what you've been working on!

There are four categories:

Age 12 - 14 performed

Age 12 - 14 written

Age 15 - 18 performed

Age 15 - 18 written

Your teachers will enter one monologue per school per category. We hope schools will run their own competitions and challenges to decide who is entered.

We are very much looking forward to watching your performances and reading your monologues - be confident, be creative, be committed. Have fun. Knock our socks off with your talent. But before entering - do ensure you have read and understood the guidelines.

By submitting a video performance and attending the recorded Zoom presentation, you agree for the footage to appear on FOBISIA and Garden International School social media pages.
