There are a few steps to complete in order to make sure you are enrolled at BCSS. Please read carefully the letter that was sent to you, and review this website for important information.

YRAA primary sport declaration to be completed and submitted
August 2025
Dates & Timelines -
January 29, 2025- confirm the status of your acceptance - Acceptance Confirmation
February 6, 2025 - attend registration/course selection information evening at Bill Crothers S.S. - 7:00 pm
February 12, 2025 - submit all registration information and course selection paperwork to Bill Crothers S.S.
February 13- 21 - Student currently attending YRDSB school must have completed their course selection through myBlueprint.
March 16 - Must have completed the School CashOnline uniform order - complete with size selection - Link open February 6, 2025.

For current non-YRDSB students
- YRDSB registration fillable PDF (you would have received a copy of this with your welcome package, but if you prefer to complete on line, please complete this form - print off - and submit with the other required documents - Please complete and drop off all information at BCSS by February 6, 2025.

Please visit the following websites to look through the course offerings for students for the incoming school year.
Transportation
Board Busing: (rural areas that are not York Region Transit (YRT) such as Georgina, Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Schomberg, Nobleton and Mt Albert)
Please visit http://net.schoolbuscity.com/ or contact the York Region Student Transportation Services School Bus Information Line at 1-877-330-3001, accessible 24 hours a day to review.
Parent Paid Buses: Areas serviced by York Region Transit (YRT) do not qualify for a board bus. Please contact the facilitators below if you are interested in this type of transportation.

School Cash Online account instructions
Have you created a SchoolCashOnline Accout?
If you have not already done so, please register an account on School Cash Online where you will order your mandatory uniform.
Please follow these steps carefully (even if you already have a SchoolCashOnline account):
STEP 1: Click on the following uniform link: (Opens up February 6, 2025)
STEP 2: Under “Who is this item for?” ensure that the box “myself” is unchecked. You will need to do this in order to complete step 3.
STEP 3: Enter the student name as it appears on the application you submitted to Bill Crothers Secondary School.
STEP 4: Add to Cart and press Continue.
STEP 5: If you are not already logged in, it will prompt you to sign in or you will need to create an account. You can choose to continue as a guest if you so wish.
STEP 6: Fill out payment information and click continue.
Please complete order no later than March 16, 2025.
