Multicolour Contribution
When having students collaborate on an online document, assign individual colours. That way you can track contributions

Specifically tell your students when they should be accessing a device or having meaningful face to face conversations
Create Folders on Drive
Help students create folders for your class, including sub folders for units, assignments, etc.
Hyperlink
Create links to other documents, sites, videos etc. Highlight the text, clink the hyperlink button (or right click), and add the site or document address
Create Superscript
Highlight the script you would like to make superscript. Once highlighted, hit CTRL and period (.) at the same time. Your result should resemblethis
Create Subscript

Physical Space
Consider a rethink of your physical space. Collaboration is key, so experiment with different set ups during different activities. You also want to make it easy to see screens when circulating.
