What age group is this for?

Anyone in high school, roughly age 14 to 18 or grade 9-12 in US or equivalent.

Is there a fee for the hackathon?

The hackathon is free to participate for everyone.

Do we form teams or will UWCHacks provide the teams?

The participants are able to form their own teams or form teams during the event. Teams of 2 or 3 may also request to be paired with another team or individual.

Can teams be from different schools?

The teams could be from different schools. However, only UWCSEA Dover students from the team could get in-person support at the IDEASHUB. The teams will need to figure out how to work together virtually or meet together at a certain venue.
