Our Holiday Activities Programme is open to everyone. However, please note that priority allocation will be given to current UWCSEA East students.
Yes, current UWCSEA students (both East and Dover campuses) as well as incoming UWCSEA students (both East and Dover campuses) will be eligible for the UWCSEA rate. The Public Rate will apply to non-UWCSEA students.
Students can participate in multiple programmes, with no limit, as long as the schedules do not conflict with each other.
Unfortunately, sibling discounts are not available.
Unfortunately, we are not able to pro-rate the fees for our Holiday Activities Programme.
If the Holiday Activities Programme needs to close, students will receive refunds for the activities they haven't attended. If you need to withdraw your child due to illness or injury, our refund policy will follow the school's guidelines, requiring a medical certificate. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for travel commitments or changes of mind.
A Google Form link will be provided on the website for registration. Please register using the Google Form. A staff member from the Activities Department will then contact you via email to confirm your child's spot in the programs.
Yes, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots will be allocated to students based on the timestamp of their registration form.
If you miss the registration period, please send an email to east_activities@gapps.uwcsea.edu.sg
While we understand that circumstances may change, we do not encourage switching activities after confirmation. Doing so may lead to a reduction in numbers for certain activities, which can affect the overall program. We kindly request participants to carefully consider their choices before confirming to ensure the smooth operation of the program for all involved.
Current UWCSEA East Students: Payment for the Holiday Activities Programme will be facilitated through the school's CIMS system. Parents will receive a payment request through the system, and they will need to use their parent ID to log in and make online payments.
UWCSEA Dover / Incoming UWCSEA / Others: Payment will be processed through Jotform. Parents will receive an email from the Activities Department containing a link to the Jotform payment page.
Please contact east_activities@gapps.uwcsea.edu.sg and share a screenshot of the error message you are encountering from your end.
No, families will need to make their own transportation arrangements to and from the campus.
The rationale for not providing transportation is that it was not logistically feasible to offer a bus service for students to be on campus for 2-4 hours at varying times from 8 am until 4 pm.
During this period, both the canteen and cafeteria will be closed. Students who are on full day programmes should packed their own lunch boxes to school.
Yes, we strongly encourage students to bring along a packed snack and their water bottle. There will be a 10-15mins snack time for students during camps.
K1 - Grade 5 students who are enrolled in both the morning and afternoon programmes will be automatically placed into the Active Lunch Time Supervision. A UWCSEA East Staff will collect the students at the 12pm dismissal and oversee them during the 12pm-1pm lunch transition.
Lunch Time Supervision Fee: A fee of SGD$20 (5-day program) or SGD$16 (4-day program) covers the lunch break supervision.
The school clinic will be open from 9am - 4pm for the duration of the holiday activities programme.
Parents and carers are permitted to come onto campus at any time.
A reminder to all parents to please wear your grey parent lanyard at all times whilst on campus. If you have forgotten your lanyard, please register at reception where you will be given a temporary visitors pass. If your identification is not clearly visible you may be approached by a staff member to verify your identification. Please know that this is standard practice as part of our child safeguarding procedures.
