For the second of their final projects the Level 3 2nd year students work on the National Theatre Connections play 'Wind/Rush Generation(s) by Mojisola Adebayo. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 they were unable to perform the play, so we filmed a final dress rehearsal on 18th March, just before the college closed.

Unit 12 - Extended Project 'Le Cabaret Nouveau'

For the first of their final projects a group of the 2nd year dancers put on a Cabaret evening in February. The clip below is a montage of some of the dance numbers from the evening's entertainment.

During the autumn term the 2nd year dancers worked on a contemporary dance piece, which they performed as part of the Ipswich School of Dance Showcase at The Jerwood Dance House in November and for our Winter Showcase in December. The above film was filmed and edited by Level 3 Media students on location near Ipswich Waterfront and at DanceEast.
