This page contains links to help you register and use the Microsoft Self Service password reset on your mobile phone.
You will need to be connected to your own personal home Wifi or mobile network to reset your password.
If you know your College password, then you can connect to the College’s wifi system to get registered.
You can login to change your mobile number, and check preferences by visiting:
https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
If you are logged into a College computer this link will ‘just work’ and you will be logged in automatically.
If you login on an Apple Mac, Games Design PC or your own computer or mobile, the login will ask you for your email address.
You must type in your student username and @suffolk.ac.uk. For example: stu-123456@suffolk.ac.uk.
You will then be asked for your username and password.
The MyAccounts page will provide you links for:
Security Info – to keep your mobile number and app settings up to date.
Password – to change your password if you need to
Devices – if you need to add/remove a mobile phone from your profile
