Just as we all have physical health, we all have mental health. Suffolk New College has developed this pathway to help you to access support as early as possible.

Participate in activities to help maintain positive mental health be.g. Mindful Mondays & Awareness Days

Access our Virtual Support Services for online signposting and help yourself to our ‘Grab & Go’ Coping Cards.

Talk to someone you trust: a friend or family member, the College Chaplains or a member of staff.

Learn new skills & coping strategies in a safe group setting - self-refer or ask a staff member to refer you.
