Institutional Environment:
Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (MSE@NTUST) has demonstrated a long-standing excellence in the fields of biomedical materials, bioelectronic interfaces, and devices research. In those fields, MSE@NTUST has made a commitment to remain one of the world leaders in research under the high-level goals of the collaboration among Academia Sinica (AS), Taipei Medical University, Tri-Service General Hospital, Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital (SKW), and other Departments within the College of Applied Sciences such as Graduate Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Applied Science and Technology. MSE@NTUST also has housed dozens of laboratories and numerous meeting and seminar rooms (E1 building), and brought together the materials, nanofabrication, organic electronics, and biomedical community under highly collaboration. This atmosphere is the ideal setting for our proposed research fields.
