ENTRY GUIDELINES
i3EC'25 will be conducted through both physical and virtual participation modes. Interested participants are required to submit their applications online starting from 1 June 2025, with the final deadline set for 31 August 2025

A. Registration Guidelines
Please complete your registration for i3EC'25 by 31 August 2025. Click the button below to proceed. Please note that slots for physical participation are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
Participants must upload the abstract for their respective innovation project or business innovation idea.
Participants attending physically are required to print their posters in A1 size and display them on the designated bunting stands throughout the exhibition
The printed poster must be mounted using PVC pipes or wooden rods at both the top and bottom edges to allow it to be hung on the bunting stand. Please refer to the Poster and Abstract section for further details.
For virtual participation, participants are required to submit a presentation video in the Video Submission page. The deadline is 9 September 2025.
