Class Description: "Wild About Summer School" is an introductory class to new 4K students who will be beginning school in the Fall of 2025. We will focus on all developmental areas, including social skills, school routines, and beginning school readiness activities. All activities will focus on the excitement for learning and beginning school!
CRAZY 8's MATH CLUB

Course Description: The Crazy 8's Math Club is an engaging summer program for K-2 students, is designed to make math fun and accessible for all abilities. Through high-energy activities like Glow-in-the Dark Geometry and a Beach Ball Math Party, students will explore math concepts in creative, hands-on ways. This program fosters teamwork, problem-solving, and a love for learning by making math exciting and interactive.

Course Description: Children will explore a variety of activities that will encourage mindfulness, positivity, and relaxation. Each day will include coloring to music, joke of the day, community circles with share outs, movement activities (yoga, dance parties, walks, brain breaks), sensory activities (playdough, kinetic sand, STEM toys), and journaling.
BOOK COOKS & CRAFTS

Course Description: Stir up a batch of eager readers with "Book Cooks" literature based classroom cooking activities and fun crafts. All recipes are inspired by favorite children's books and will motivate young readers in enjoying hands-on cooking experiences as well as fun crafts.
LEGO LAND

Course Description: In Lego Land, students will use their creativity to build with multiple Legos which includes free building, themes each week, challenge Lego cards, Lego car races, and much more!

Course Description: There will be two 2-week sessions of swimming offered this summer. Dates are: June 9-19 and June 23-July 3. First session bus loads at 7:45, leaves at 8:00 and returns at 10:10. Second session bus loads at 9:30, leaves at 9:45 and returns at 11:40.

Course Description: Spark your creativity with Pinterest-inspired D.I.Y. (do-it-yourself) crafting class! Each week we will have a new and exciting D.I.Y. theme to channel your creativity and create hands-on projects.

CRIME SOLVERS

Course Description: This class covers crime solving basics: finger painting, scavenger hunts, solving mysteries, and riddles. Use your best detective skills to solve mock crime scenes. We will play CLUE and watch a mystery movie!
MS FIT 4 LIFE
Grades: 5-6

Course Description: This course will incorporate a wide range of total body fitness activities. We will focus on a variety of activities that will develop cardiovascular endurance, muscular growth, strength, speed, and flexibility. The students will work on using proper form during exercise and drills, in addition to developing mental toughness.
BOARD GAME BONANZA

Course Description: The students will challenge themselves and others as they participate in a variety of fun strategy board games. BABYSITTING 101 - June 16-26 from 12:00-4:00
Grades: 5-high school

Course Description: Do you love babies and little kids? Are you responsible, caring and ready to learn? If you answered YES!, this class is the one for you! This summer, our class will be a fast-paced class as it is running for 8 days from 12:00-4:00. We will learn how to entertain children of all ages in a babysitter preparation class. Each student will complete a babysitter's preparation handbook, create a babysitter survival kit, and learn CPR by a certified professional. You will then receive a certificate that says you are certified in CPR and you completed the coursework to be a babysitter. If you're ready to have some fun and practice the skills you learn, sign up and learn how to be the BEST babysitter around!
TRACTOR SAFETY - June 16-19 12:00-2:00
Grades: Ages 12-15
Teacher: Mr. Matt Reinders
Course Description: Tractor safety is designed for 12-15 year old students. This course will certify 14-15 year olds to operate tractors on roadways. Emphasis will focus on farm safety and how to operate a standard tractor.
HUNTER'S SAFETY - June 23-26 4:00-8:00 (DNR requires a $10 registration fee)
Grades: Ages 11 and older
Teacher: Mr. Rick Koenig and Mr. Aaron Niemann
Course Description: Instruction in proper handling of firearms and hunter's safety. You will earn your hunter safety certificate. You must attend all sessions to meet the required hours.

Course Description: Students will learn the set up of the board and the basics of the game. Students will learn different moves and strategies in the game of chess. Students will solve chess puzzles and engage in discussion about different situations on the board. Students will compete against each other.
