The Edgar School District is excited and proud to partner with True North Counseling & Wellness

As solution-focused therapists, True North Counseling & Wellness' goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While they can't change some aspects of life, they can work together to better understand and resolve challenges of life's journey. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, they will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

True North Counseling & Wellness helps intervene in the lives of children, adults and families who are challenged by issues such as abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, stress, parenting, conflict, etc.

True North Counseling & Wellness is able to provide services to many children, adults and families who are uninsured and unable to pay for mental health services.  They believe that all people should have access to quality and affordable mental health therapy/treatment.  They do not turn people away because of their inability to pay.  They accept most insurance.

A True North Counseling & Wellness Counselor will provide services on site in Edgar.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
