This was a big week! First, a huge shout-out to all the students who participated in OBOB. I am so proud of you! Next, the 5th graders did an outstanding job with their inventions. I was incredibly impressed by the creativity and hard work they put into their posters and prototypes—well done! Finally, Wednesday’s vocabulary parade was a huge hit and so much fun to watch. Reading: Read the book you chose for Adventures in Reading and follow the calendar with the number of pages you need to read each night.
Adventures in Reading: Students should read for at least 30 minutes each night, with the goal of finishing at least one novel at their reading level by Friday, April 3. On Monday, April 6, they will receive a book project choice board to complete at home and turn in on Monday, April 13.
