We are down from 7 eggs to 2 eggs. 5 eggs were not fertile, meaning they did not have a duckling in them.
We only have one egg that has continued to develop. It has 13 days left of incubation and we will check on it again next week!
Our duckling is moving around in his egg. He has less space now and you can see him if you look at the dark shadow. Soon he will be ready to "pip" or crack his egg to begin hatching!
Ducks can become very attached and will follow those who care for them. Watch Nugget go!
Nugget is NOT afraid of dogs! She is very confident and playful!
Nugget had his first swim in the bath tub and was a natural! Check him out!
