Important dates to have on your calendars:

• 6:30 PM, Tuesday, Sept. 7 - Parent meeting at BHS in the GYM

This meeting is when you will officially sign up for orchestra. The students will also be measured so you rent the correct size instrument. Several music stores will be present at this meeting to order supplies and rent instruments.

• 8 AM, Wednesday, September 8 - Online SIGN-UP deadline!

If you prefer to sign up online, rather than attend in person, please sign up for orchestra via this GOOGLE FORM. Parents/guardians will need to fill out this form as it has questions regarding where your family will be renting the instrument from. This form will be how we know who will be taking lessons so we can schedule them.

• Wednesday, September 8 - Measurements

Mrs. Comiskey and Ms. Wells will be around to your school to measure the students who signed up online to make sure they get the appropriate sized instrument.

• Thursday September 9 - Deadline to contact rental stores

Parents will need to contact the rental location of their choice to obtain the instrument and other required materials. If you are renting from the school, Mrs. Comiskey will have contacted you.

• Week of September 13 - Lessons start!
