Poster Session

Poster Session Information

• Time: 13:30–14:30

• Venue: Art Space on the Second Floor of Zone C

• Setup: Presenters must mount their posters and complete all preparations before 13:30.

Poster Format Guidelines

• Posters must be A0 size (84 × 119 cm) in portrait orientation.

• Each presentation must consist of one single poster.

• The poster must include the author(s)’ name(s) and contact information.

• Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters.

• Only one side of each poster board may be used.

• Scissors, tape, and pins will be provided for mounting posters.

• Printing services will not be available at the workshop.

• Presenters who wish to distribute handouts should bring their own copies.

• The format and size of additional printed materials are flexible, but they should be no smaller than A4.
