About Me
Chao-Hui was granted the PhD degree in Institute of Electronics Engineering by National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan in 2014 for his work on high-speed graphene electronics and ferromagnetic oxide materials. Following his research journey in NTHU, he’s been working as an associate specialist under the supervision of Prof. Kaustav Banerjee in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at University of California, Santa Barbara, until Jan, 2022. Currently, he’s joined the faculty position of NTHU as an assistant professor in Department of Electrical Engineering. He has been dedicated in the field of 2D nanotransistor/heterostructures and non-volatile RRAM technology.
