RP Convention Sign-Up Instructions

1. The sign-up session for the CCIII RP Convention of 2022 is from Monday May 16, 2022 until 12 noon on Thursday, May 19, 2022.

2. The sign-up will be conducted online, and here is the Google Form for signing up: Sign Up Form

3. You may look at the categories and the topics that you find interesting from the schedule.

4. Please sign up for Two of the Three days of the Research Paper Convention (May 31, 2022, June 7 and June 14, 2022).

*Please DO NOT sign up for the day you are presenting.

*Please Note: The names that are already shown on the sign-up schedule are those of the presenters.

*If you see your name in that row, please DO NOT sign up for that category.

5. Please remember that there is a limited quota reserved for student participants for each section.

*Please fill in your names and select your sections on the Google Form.

*Please find another section to participate in if the section you intend to sign up for is full.

*Please DO NOT sign up for the presentations that already have 8 students who have signed up as audience members. If you select those options, you will be distributed to other classrooms on that day.

6. Please note that those students who have not signed up after the sign-up session ends (Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 12 noon) will be randomly assigned to vacant sections.

7. The sign-up results will be posted on this website around Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
