Sign Up Instructions for the RP Convention:

1. The sign-up session for the CCIII RP Convention of 2021 is from

May 18, 2021 Tuesday around noon to May 22, 2021 Saturday noon .

2. The sign-up will be conducted online, and here is the Google Form for signing up: https://forms.gle/6e8sHsHuL81DFsn78

3. You may look at the categories and the topics that you find interesting from the schedule.

4. Please sign up for Two of the Three days of the Research Paper Convention (June 1 , June 8, and June 15, 2021).

Please DO NOT sign up for the day you are presenting.

Please Note: The names that are already shown on the sign up schedule are those of the presenters.

If you see your name in that row, please DO NOT sign up for that category.

5. Please remember that there is a limited quota reserved for student listeners for each section.

Please fill in your names and select your sections in the Google Form.

Please find another section to participate in if the section you intend to sign up for is full.

Please DO NOT sign up for the options that have shown up [Full] in the back. If you select those options, you will be distributed to other classrooms on that day.

6. Please note that those students who have not signed up after the sign-up session ends (May 22, 2021 Saturday noon) will be randomly assigned to vacant sections.

7. The sign-up results will be posted on this website around May 25, 2021 Tuesday.
