張家禎於2012年獲得博士學位，之後先後獲得台灣科技部補助赴國外從事博士後研究與日本JSPS外國人特別研究員獎於日本理化學研究所(RIEKN)從事研究，回國後至工業技術研究院服務，目前為長庚大學醫學生物技術暨檢驗學系副教授。主要從事生物檢測技術、感測材料的基礎研究與應用開發工作，累計在Biosens. Bioelectron.、 ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces.、ACS Sensors、Anal. Chem.、Chem. Commun. 等國際期刊上發表學術論文40餘篇，被引用2100餘次。受邀擔任51種國際知名期刊審稿人，累積審稿經驗逾300次。此外，連續三年（2023~2025）榮登全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單。

Chia-Chen Chang received his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2012 and then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at NTU. In 2017, he was awarded the prestigious JSPS Research Fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and worked at RIKEN until March 2018. He joined Industrial Technology Research Institute as a Researcher in 2018.  In 2020, he joined Chang Gung University as an Associate Professor of medical biotechnology and laboratory science.  

His primary research focuses on the fundamental study and application development of biosensing technologies and sensing materials. Dr. Chang has published over 40 research articles in prestigious international journals, which have been cited over 2100 times. He has been invited to serve as a reviewer for 51 renowned international journals, accumulating over 300 peer-review experiences. Moreover, Dr. Chang has been recognized as one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists (Yearly List) for three consecutive years (2023–2025).
