Library Expectations
Library Rules
Students must be respectful of other students by using quiet voices.
Food, candy, and drinks are not allowed in the bookshelves or in the Makerspace.
Students are expected to return their books on time and in good condition.
Please ask for assistance when you need it. We are here to help you!
PK-Kinder may checkout 1 book; 1st-2nd may check out 2 books ; 3rd-5th may check out 3 books; 6th-12th may check out 3 books of their choice.
Only able to check out the amount of books they returned (allowed and checked out 3, returned 2, can check out 2).
Overdue Guidelines:
Books that are not returned within 2 weeks become overdue
When an overdue book is owed, patrons can only check out 1 book until the overdue item is returned.
Every 3 weeks, overdue notices will be printed and sent as a reminder to teachers and students.
Please be kind to others and return books on time and in good condition so that others may also enjoy the books.
Lost or Damaged Books
Students must pay for books that are damaged beyond repair.
Students must pay for lost books and materials.
Makerspace
1. If you need help, ASK!
2. If you take it out, put it away.
3. If you make a mess, clean it up.
4. Respect others' projects; look but don't touch.
5. Be creative, solve problems, invent something unique, explore unfamiliar things, and let your imagination run wild!
