Lamb & Goat Clinic

A lamb and goat clinic will be held on June 6th 2026 at the Brackenridge Main Event

Center in Edna, TX Starting 45 minutes before the animal’s scheduled weigh-in times.

Lambs- 8:15am - 8:45am

Goats- 8:45am - 9:15am

This will be a good opportunity for exhibitors to receive more one-on-one time with an

instructor; and to apply what they have learned in the progress show immediately following the

weigh-in.

The clinic will cover any questions exhibitors may have on the topics of selection,

feeding, health, proper care, management, trimming, showing and showmanship.

The clinic will also cover halter & chain breaking, bracing,

supplements, acclimation, age and muscle. Facilities and other equipment

needed will be discussed along with other topics.
