A qualified lead is a complex, organization, or event operator that meets the criteria below. Submitting qualified leads ensures you receive proper credit and commission for your outreach.

A lead is considered qualified when:

• They operate 10+ tournaments per year or manage a mid-to-large sports complex

• Decision-maker contact is confirmed (Director, Owner, Events Manager, Tournament Operator, etc.)

• They express real interest in learning more about GDV or exploring a partnership

• They fit our target market: youth sports complexes, tournament organizations, multi-sport facilities, club directors, or event operators

• They are not already active in GDV discussions or in our CRM
