How often should my lawn be mowed?
We recommend mowing your lawn once a week during the growing season to maintain a healthy, well-manicured look. However, mowing frequency may vary depending on weather, grass type, and growth rate.
Do you offer one-time mowing services?
No. We only provide recurring service plans.
How much does lawn mowing cost?
Our mowing starts at $50, but pricing depends on the size of your lawn, terrain, and any additional services requested. Contact us for a free mowing quote here!
Do I need to be home for you to mow my lawn?
No, as long as we have access to your yard, we can take care of the mowing while you’re away.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled mowing day?
If it rains heavily, we will reschedule your service to the next available dry day. Light rain usually doesn’t affect our schedule, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Do you bag the grass clippings?
By default, we bag and remove the clippings to provide a clean looking lawn, but we can mulch clippings upon request.
Can you mow my lawn at a specific height?
Yes! We adjust our mower height based on grass type and season, but if you have a preference, just let us know.
Do you trim the edges and blow off sidewalks/driveways?
Absolutely! Every mowing service includes trimming around edges, fences, and hard-to-reach areas, plus we blow off all grass clippings from sidewalks and driveways.
How do I sign up for service?
Just give us a call or fill out our online form, and we’ll reach out to quote your mowing service right away!
How do I pay for my mowing service?
We accept all credit cards, ACH, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. For your convenience, we use the Card-On-File method for payment for mowing services. You will only be charged once the job is completed, will receive email and (/or) text receipts once your payment is processed, and can view every charge via the password-free portal "Client hub".
Will I be billed every week on mowing day regardless of whether my lawn was mowed or not?
No. We will only charge you after we mowed your lawn. If we did not get to your lawn on the scheduled day, we will not charge you.
What is Jobber?
Jobber is a business management software that helps streamline scheduling, invoicing, and payments. It allows for a smoother experience for our clients while keeping operations efficient.
Will anything change about my service schedule?
No, your lawn care schedule will remain the same. The only change is how we handle billing and payments.
How will I receive my invoices?
Invoices will be sent via email after each service is completed. You can also access them through the client portal.
Why do you require a card on file?
Keeping a card on file ensures hassle-free payments and eliminates the need to remember due dates. It also helps maintain consistent cash flow, allowing us to provide the best service possible.
How do I add my card on file?
A secure link will be sent where you can enter your card details through Jobber’s system. It is encrypted and protected for security.
When will my card be charged?
Payments are typically processed within 24 hours of service.
What if my card is declined?
If a payment fails, Jobber will automatically notify you. We will also reach out to update your payment information and avoid service interruptions.
Can I use a different payment method?
While card-on-file is strongly preferred for efficiency, other payment methods may be accommodated upon request. Please let us know in advance.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Jobber uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to ensure your data is protected.
What if I need to pause, skip, or cancel my service?
We require 2 days' notice before your next scheduled mow. If you cancel, pause, or skip after that, a cancellation fee may apply. Frequent skips may affect your pricing
Can I dispute a charge if there’s an issue?
Absolutely. If you notice a discrepancy, reach out, and we’ll promptly review and resolve it.
What if I have pre-paid for services?
Any pre-paid amounts will be applied to future services or refunded per our policy.
Can I set up automatic payments?

Do you offer any discounts or referral rewards?
Yes! We offer discounts for customers who refer a friend who signs up for our lawn care service, you’ll both get a discount on your next mow!
What happens if I need to skip a scheduled mowing?
We understand things come up! Just give us 2 days advance, and we’ll adjust our schedule. Frequent skips may affect your pricing.
