Note: Member artists are expected to attend their opening on First Thursday Art Walk, and to coordinate with other exhibiting members to staff the Saturdays during their exhibition month.
All gallery shifts count towards member hours.

Members may have 1 solo show in the West or East Gallery per contract term.
Affiliates have one show in 1/2 of the West or East Gallery per contract term.
How to Get a Show: The gallery exhibition schedule is updated 2 times a year. Proposals for exhibitions in January through June are due on the 1st of September of the previous year. Proposals for exhibitions in July through December are due on the 1st of March. This document explains how to submit an exhibition proposal.

Consignment & Inventory:
All artwork physically in our gallery space or in an off-site Gallery 110 exhibition must be accompanied by a signed descriptive list of the items. Please use the following form:
All artwork in the gallery or offered for sale by the gallery must be consigned for sale via the cloud-based inventory system from artworkarchive.com:

Semi-permanent inventory is artwork that resides in the gallery and available to show to clients but is not displayed in a scheduled exhibition. It is kept in a storage area in the office or in flat files.

Let the director know when you will be dropping off or picking up artwork. Make sure that either she or a member of the installations team will be present.
Participation:
Member artists are expected to participate in running the gallery by working on projects or staffing the gallery.
Talk to the director about how you will participate.
