Number of Teams: up to 18 teams representing Deaf schools nationwide.
Free Clinic: Friday evening, led by Ben Coleman and Damian Spillner, to help participants enhance their skills before the tournament.
Tournament Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Location: Gallaudet Field House Gymnasium, featuring 6 courts for matches and activities.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Arrival and Check-In
Greet teams and provide welcome packets (schedule, campus map, meal tickets).
Location: Gallaudet Field House Lobby.
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Gallaudet Admission Tour
Guided campus tour for students and coaches/chaperone
Opportunity to learn about Gallaudet’s programs and student life.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Dinner
Buffet at the GU Dining Hall.
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Pickleball Clinic
Hosted by Ben Coleman and Damian Spillner.
Location: Field House Gym.
7:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Esports Experience
Teams can try esports games in the Esports Lab.
Includes friendly matches and demos.
Location: Ely Center 2nd Floor.
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Breakfast
Location: GU Cafeteria.
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Tournament Check-In
Teams arrive and confirm participation.
Location: Field House Lobby.
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Pickleball Tournament
Courts 1-6: Matches begin.
Sponsors: Joola, Six Zero, Engaged.
Lunch break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM.
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Dinner
Location: GU Cafeteria.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Awards Ceremony
Presentation of medals and recognition of sponsors.
Location: Field House Gym.
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Farewell Party
Closing celebration with music, photo booths, and snacks.

Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast will be provided for all participants and chaperones.

Check-Out: Teams and participants will check out from their accommodations.

Transportation to DCA: Shuttle services will transport participants to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).
