Oppo Internship

Greetings!

AICTE is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for students from AICTE accredited colleges across India to participate in a unique Green Internships Program, in partnership with OPPO India, as part of AICTE’s vision to create 1 crore internships by 2025.

The internships are a part of OPPO India’s Generation Green campaign, managed by 1M1B (One Million for One Billion), that aims to empower students to become responsible citizens, build a green mindset, develop green skills to thrive in a green economy, understand the dangers of e-waste, become agents of change and contribute to a cleaner and healthier India. In an era where environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, this campaign seeks to empower the next generation to lead the way towards a more sustainable future.

Internships & Handson Experience 5000 internships will be offered to students as part of this program. These internships provide a unique chance for students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability initiatives, deepen their understanding of environmental responsibility, and develop green skills required to thrive in green jobs that are driving the green economy.

Orientation and Training: Selected students will undergo a 2-day orientation which will include training on green skills and sustainability and the tasks they need to complete as part of the internship. A specially curated toolkit with resources and materials will be provided to all the selected interns to assist them during the internship period.

Engagement: During the internship, the interns will engage with students from two schools in their region and empower them with green skills through awareness sessions, engaging challenges, and various activities aimed at fostering environmental stewardship.
