CENTRE FOR IPR STUDIES (CIPRS)

Centre for Intellectual Property Right Studies (CIPRS) was established in 2016 to pursue research in IPR issues. CIPRS is an initiative of SOL aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding of the purpose, substance and scope of Intellectual Property Rights and to create awareness of IPR so as to equip the students and other professional with the latest developments in the field of IPR. CIPRS at School of Law, Galgotias University, broadly focuses on legal and regulatory issues relating to Intellectual Property Rights. It engages in research and training and also involves consultancy on IPR laws and policies. CIPRS seeks to promote IPR by organizing workshops, conferences, debate, published journals for research papers written by students, academicians and professionals; in order to encourage dialogue on significant IPR issues, laws, and policies.
