Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Affinity AI.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Affinity AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About the Service
Affinity AI is an AI-powered relationship companion app that provides advice and guidance across different relationship situations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Important: The advice and responses provided by Affinity AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service's outputs. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at antonk@galdrcode.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Affinity AI offers the following premium subscription plans:
- Weekly subscription
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Tier: A limited free tier is available with access to General chat only.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, including jailbreaking your device
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
The Service will not function on jailbroken or rooted devices. Attempting to use the Service on a compromised device may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software within the Service belong to Affinity AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affinity AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any advice or content generated by the AI.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
