This week Algebra 1 students have been working on graphing linear inequalities using the new Desmos calculator that is being added as the new SOL calculator. Students concentrated on x and y-intercepts, slope, correct shading and whether their graph included or excluded the boundary line.

Algebra 2 students continued learning about arithmetic and geometric sequences and series. By using different formulas, students were asked to find the sums of the series, the number of terms in a series, or a specific term in a sequence.
