Schedule of Events:

9:30 - 10:30am: Registration

10:30am: Rosary

11 - 12:30pm: Exemplification

12:30 - 1:30pm: Luncheon

Exemplification Fee: $90.00   

Includes: Fourth Degree pin, Certificate, and Banquet meal
The exemplification fee is set annually by Supreme Board of Directors and provides for the District Master and his ability to conduct exemplifications

Dress Code:

• Dark Blue, Grey or Black business suit

• White dress shirt with lay down collar (no collar buttons) and Tie

• Dark socks and dress shoes

• Optional: Official 4th Degree Uniform

Exceptions: Military (Dress Uniform or tuxedo); Police/Firemen (Formal Dress Uniforms or tuxedo); Priests (Regular Clerical Dress); Seminarians (Seminarian Collar with Black Suit)

Notes:

To ensure certificates are correct, a completed Form 4 and funds should be received no later than 20 days prior to the exemplification.

At this time, the 4th Degree Exemplification is limited to current Fourth Degrees and new candidates only. Spouses and Children are not currently permitted to attend the degree, but are welcome to join the lunch afterward ($10/person).
