楊美智 / Michi Liu

甘城中文學校靈魂人物，因著母親鼓勵生小孩後一定要教導孩子母語，便正式開始參與中文學校，起初擔任家長會長，而後被推舉為校長，前後擔任十幾年校長後，卸任仍持續近十年教學的熱忱，而後便一直在中文學校服務沒離開。

The soul of GCS. I officially started to participate and teach at GCS because my mother encouraged me to teach my kids Chinese so they can keep me acompany. At first, I served as the president of the parents committee, then was elected as the principal and served for more than 10 years. After resignation as the principal, I continued my passion for teaching for another ten years and now serve as a volunteer at GCS.

吳文杏 / Wenhsing Wu

現為中文學校財務。UF 電機系講師，交大電子物理學士，UCLA電機碩士畢業後，在加州IC半導體及紐澤西州的朗訊電信設備公司擔任工程師後隨先生於2003年來到Gainesville。兒女（23及20歲）都是中文學校的校友。喜歡中文學校這個溫馨的家庭感而繼續支持、參與學校的事務與活動。

GCS Treasurer. Lecturer (Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept of UF). BSEE in Electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. MSEE in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. I have been in Gainesville since 2003 after working as a System Testing/Failure Analysis Engineer in Lucent Technologies (NJ) and Silicon Systems (CA). My kids (23 and 20 years old) were both students from GCS. I love this friendly school, enjoy GCS’s volunteer work and cultural activities very much.

李怡惠 / Yi Hui Lee

University of Florida 會計碩士，目前就職於UF Health Hospital 以及中文學校志工。

Masters in Accounting at the University of Florida and currently work at UF Health LifeQuest Organ Recovery Service. I am a volunteer at Gainesville Chinese School.

林怡萱 / Amy Lin

在台灣擁有商學學位，畢業後曾在科見美語擔任秘書兩年。2008年和先生定居於Gainesville至今，是兩個九歲和六歲孩子的全職媽媽，樂於積極參與孩子在校內校外的大小活動，並時常在孩子班級裡擔任義工協助老師。

After receiving my business degree in Taiwan, I had worked as a secretary at Ko-Jen English Centers for two years. In 2008, I settled in Gainesville with my husband and I am currently a full-time mother of a 9 year old and a 6 year old. I enjoy participating with the kids' in-class and out-of-class activities and often volunteer as a classroom assistant.

邱欣怡 / Kim Chiu

在台灣長大並畢業於國立中興大學行銷學系，而後於密西根州立大學取得飯店商務管理碩士學位。於2012年搬到Gainesville。很高興成為中文學校一員。她很開心她的小孩可以在中文學校學習中文且認識台灣文化。

Grew up in Taiwan and possess bachelor’s degree in marketing from the National Chung Hsing University and a master’s degree in hospitality business management from Michigan State University. Moved to Gainesville in 2012 and has been living in Gainesville since then. I am originally from Taiwan and glad to be part of the community of Gainesville Chinese School to promote learning Mandarin. I am also happy that Gainesville Chinese School is a platform for my kid to learn Mandarin and Taiwanese culture.

黃品榕 / Alicia Huang

現為中文學校老師。佛羅里達大學雙語教育碩士，在波蘭、日本、美國以及台灣從事雙語教育。現為佛羅里達大學少數族群教師研究員。

GCS Chinese Teacher. University of Florida Master of Education in Bilingual and ESOL Education. Taught English and Mandarin in Lublin Poland, Miyazaki Japan, Florida US, and Hsin Chu Taiwan. Currently serve as a researcher at the University of Florida with a focus on Minority Teacher preparation.
