ATFLab conducts research in electronic materials, processing and devices, which include transparent electrodes for optoelectronics, low-resistivitiy interconnects for semiconductor devices, multi-functional transparent heaters, protective encapsulation layers, resistive-switching devices, electrochromic devices, among others. Our primary goal is to address conventional challenges by pioneering innovative thin film technologies.
