I am an assistant professor in AI and Software Department at Gachon University, Republic of Korea. I teach computer science courses to both undergraduate and graduate students.  


I am actively engaged in collaborative research with Prof. Younhyun Jung and Prof. Youngmoon Lee, we are jointly exploring and addressing challenges at the forefront of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, computer vision, and the Internet of Things. 


I am  seeking opportunities for collaborative research in the field of computer science and engineering. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in exploring potential collaborations.


Interests: I have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, semantic learning and representation, machine learning, text mining, data mining, data science, computer vision, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. I am particularly interested in sentiment analysis, also known as emotion AI or affective computing for social media analysis and big data analytics. Additionally, I am also engaged in research related to Multimodal Sentiment Analysis and Computer Vision for complex events analysis in a multi-stream environment.    


Bio: I have received Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Kyung Hee University  South Korea under the supervision of  Prof. Young-Koo Lee in the domain of Text Mining at the  Data & Knowledge Engineering Laboratory, KHU. I received my Master degree in Computer Science from the Kohat University of Science & Technology, Kohat, Pakistan.
