GA ARES® State Meeting

RAFFLE AND PRIZES

The raffle at the State Meeting will be different from prior years. Rather than purchase equipment that the winner might already own or not need because equivalent equipment is already owned, the grand prize will be 50% of the proceeds. 

In addition to the grand prize other prizes will be available.

• ARRL Books

• VHF/UHF radios

• Endfed antenna kit

Tickets will be $1.00 each or six tickets for $5.00. The following rules will be in effect:

1. If a ticket holder is selected for any prize other than the grand prize, the ticket will be set aside for subsequent prize drawings.

2. For the grand prize of 1/2 of the raffle proceeds, the tickets that are set aside previously will be added back to the ticket pool. Everyone who purchases one or more tickets will be eligible to win the grand prize!

3. The grand prize drawing will be held during the general session at the end of the day. You must be present to win the grand prize.
