Welcome to the Library's first newsletter this school year 2020 - 2021! This year, newsletter will be published monthly containing library updates, announcements, happenings and more! You are welcome to contribute any reading ideas, book recommendations, book reviews or anything that is related to books and reading that we can include in the future issues!

We can't MASK how excited we are to welcome the grade 10, 11 and 12 students back to the Library! For now, the library is open for IB and Arabic support study halls only. Students may borrow books through Book Request - Click & Collect, items will be delivered to your classrooms or may be collected from the library book pick up area.

Hello! We are the Reading Ambassadors Club, a club for anyone who likes literature, storytelling, and story writing. We hold fun activities once every two weeks, and despite being pretty relaxed, we do welcome and encourage people who are passionate about reading. The activities that we will be holding (include, but are not limited to): book recommendation raffles, making book reviews, reading books of a certain genre as a group, literary trivia quizzes, and creating book trailer videos. We hope to see you soon! - Arim

Are you an avid reader? Are your friends constantly annoyed because you won't stop talking about the latest book you're reading? Now's the time to let them know you have good news, because the GAA high school book club is starting soon! Instead of annoying your friends, feel free to annoy book club members, who will most likely return the favor. With the lead of 3 high school seniors and the lovely librarian Ms. Anna, the book club will be starting in October of 2020. Meetings will be held online for the time being.
