1. What is the username and password of EBSCOhost?
If you are accessing EBSCOhost via Classlink, you do not have to enter the credentials as it will be automatically logged in for you.
If in case that it didn't automatically log in, you may use the following login credentials:
Username: Gemsaad
Password: Gaa@2023
2. Classlink did not automatically log in, I tried the credentials and didn't work, what should I do?
Re-enter the username and password. Make sure you type the correct letters, capitalization and symbol.
If you haven't created an EBSCOhost account yet, do not sign in with your Google account, you must enter the login credentials mentioned above.
3. How to search using Boolean Operators?

4. How to improve my search results?
If it indicates less or no results were found, you may want to refine your search terms, use different sets of keywords and try running the search again. Check this Top 5 Searching Strategies Guide.
5. I copied the link of an article and saved it in a document, and now when I click that link it says error. How do I go back to that article?
Whenever you want to save a link of an article do not simply copy the URL link, you should get the Permalink instead. Permalink can be found on the right side of the page. Check this video on how to get the Permalink of an article.
6. How do I view an article?
Click on the title of the article to view the Detailed Record. From the column on the left, you can access all available versions of the item you want to view. This may include HTML or PDF Full Text. Check this video (0:37 - 0:46).
7. Why some articles does not have HTML or PDF Full text?
Some databases allow you to access full text articles, some serve as abstract and indexing databases only. The best way to ensure that you get only full text articles when searching under EBSCOhost is to tick the "Full Text" option on the left sidebar where there are many options for narrowing down results.
